the Communists declared that as their principles were

untimely, they were willing to abandon them, join our

Kuomintang, observe and carry out the principles, discipline

and all resolutions of our Party and work hard for the

National Revolution. Therefore our President, who was

generous and liberal, admitted them. It was only reasonable

that he admitted them, because they had expressed their

desire to join our Revolution. The admission under such

conditions may be briefly explained in another way thus:-

In admitting the Communists, we wanted them to help our

Revolution, but not to rule China in co-operation with us.

We wanted them to be Kuomintangized, and did not want our

Kuomintang members to become Communists.

(3) Recent Movements of the Chinese Communists.

In brief the Chinese Communists have resorted to

movements which plan secretly to destroy our Kuomintang, and

to make us give up the whole of China to their administrat-

ion, and ultimately to Russia as a present, just as Mongolia

has been. We are not lying. Chan Tuk Shau, the Chinese

Communist Leader, has said to our comrade Ng Tsz Fai, a

member on the Central Inspectorate, that in 20 years the

Communists would be able to practice a bogus kind of

Communism in China. Chan means that the Kuomintang will

not be allowed to exist for more than 19 years at the most.

Besides, he has published many articles and communiques

conveying similar hints. They have been under the direction

of the Kussian Borodin, a great agitator and intriguer who

has changed his nationality many times. Since the

Communists are subject to the control and direction of this

man, supposing that we meet with a great set-back and give

up
